No response from customer service

I purchased these items as a gift. Unfortunately they took such a long time to arrive that the Birthday had passed and I had to find an alternative present. I emailed the chive customer service to ask for the return details (as guided to on their website). I’m still waiting for a response two weeks on. I want to return the items but have no idea how to do this and cannot reach any form of support. Very very poor customer service.
