Build Your Floral Wall With These:

Designed to cluster naturally, like a wild garden. Choose a flower as your design anchor, then grow your custom floral wall with these companions:

Our ceramic flowers began as a single design — then we realized they belonged on the wall. Today they hang in homes, galleries, and large-scale installs around the world, each one shaped by hand, no two exactly alike.

These set of 3 wall art arrives in eight combinations, each one a different trio of ceramic flowers chosen because the blooms actually belong together on the same wall. Fleur runs three shades of green. Night goes moody — Grey Rose, Grey Goyet Azalea, Blue Grey Succulent. Dawn warms the whole arrangement with champagne pink and canary yellow. Every flower ships inside a branded gift box, a keyhole recessed into the back of each piece, so three screws and a level are the entire installation. Glazed ceramic needs nothing from you afterward — no water, no dusting beyond the ordinary, no argument with direct sunlight. The New York Botanical Garden carries this collection, which felt right given the range across all eight variants. Shaped by hand at Chive Ceramics Studio, each bloom is finished with reactive glazes that leave slight surface variation from piece to piece, the kind of difference a factory line cannot produce and does not attempt. Pick the palette, hang the trio, move on with your afternoon.

How to hang & display

Wall hanging

Works on drywall, plaster, or wood panelling. Drive a small screw at a slight upward angle, leaving the head proud of the wall. Slide the keyhole slot on the back over the screw head, adjust to level. Sits flush — no visible hardware.

No stud? No problem. A drywall anchor rated for the weight works fine.

Displaying a collection

Lay everything out on the floor first. Start with your anchor piece, build outward. Keep 2–3 inches between each piece and aim for the centre of the whole arrangement to land around eye level. Use painter's tape on the wall to map positions before committing to any screws.

Table & shelf display: Equally beautiful propped on a shelf, mantle, or side table. Pair with books, candles, or a small pot.

The Story Behind This Collection

We used to get a steady current of emails from people asking us to just pick three flowers for them — something that goes together, no homework, no twenty-tab comparison spiral. The frequency of those emails is how we know the problem is real, because nobody writes a company about a decision they are enjoying making. So we stopped answering one at a time and built the answer: eight pre-picked trios, each boxed and done before it leaves the studio. Half the names — Dawn, Dusk, Day, Night — trace back to a naming meeting the studio has collectively agreed to stop recounting at parties. A day only hands you three natural chapters, so we added Night ourselves to round the count to four, which either shows we understood the assignment or missed it entirely. The other half — Fleur, Blomma, Fiore, Bloem — is the word flower in French, Swedish, Italian, and Dutch, which is either the most predictable naming decision we have ever made or a quietly clever one, and the studio remains split. The color stories across all eight run from near-white greens to deep grey-blues, and none of them fight each other. That was the actual design brief: three flowers that do not argue. You would be surprised how many trios fail that test before a single screw touches a wall.

The Classic Collection holds the original breadth of the studio's catalog — forty-eight flowers spanning every color family Chive has glazed since the line launched, designed to pair with anything already on the wall rather than compete with it. Ceramic flowers work best in numbers, and three is only the beginning. The box set gives you a starting wall; the English Garden Collection gives you the rest of the house — fifty-five flowers in the rich greens and heritage tones that make a hallway, staircase, or dining room feel like it has always had something growing on it. Shido Seeds

Walls covered, hands still idle — Shido Seeds sells herb and vegetable seed packets for the person whose decorating is finished but whose kitchen windowsill is not. The Kale Seeds Packet is heirloom stock, free of genetic modification, and sealed fresh for the current planting season. The kind of project that pairs well with a wall you no longer have to water.

About Chive Studio

Chive Ceramics Studio started in 2004 with a handful of glazes and the kind of kiln that required negotiation. The catalog now runs past one hundred and eighty flowers spread across six collections, each piece shaped and finished by hand in small batches — no molds, no mass runs, no two surfaces identical under close inspection. The box sets exist because the catalog grew large enough to paralyze the polite shopper, and we would rather solve that problem than watch someone stare at a screen for forty-five minutes deciding between two asters. Every set leaves in a Chive gift box, and orders above the qualifying amount carry free shipping. The ceramic itself asks nothing of you once it is on the wall — no water, no upkeep, permanent color that holds its glaze for years without a single request.

Four Boxes - A Bouquet I Give Myself Every Day

I fell in love with Chive ceramic flowers about 4 years ago and bought one… this year I decided to see what was possible for me to buy online, rather than in the store that was a province away from me… To my surprise, there was a wonderful sale on certain boxed sets. Soooo… I bought four boxes. They were all beautiful. I put them up in my home office where I get to enjoy the bouquet every day as I work.
Since then a friend was asking me about what she could buy her sister who has everything she needs. I suggested a boxed set of ceramic flowers. It was a hit for both of them.
I can’t wait to add to the cacophony of colour in the months ahead.

Great Box Set

I purchased these to add to the collection I have but thought I just needed three more. They are lovely. . . subtle colors and will mix well with the bigger ones I already have. Have not hung them yet as I keep playing with the configuration, which is half the fun!!

Wall of flowers

I love my flowers. I bought Dusk, Dawn, Bloem plus a lot of individual. Unfort 2 are broken and one won't stay on the wall. I just emailed the company for replacements. I fell in love with these at a small Glass store in Warsaw IN and carried my first 3 back to CA. I was excited to see I could order online. I am building an entire wall. Love love love them. (I just need the broken wants replaced )

Frequently asked questions

What flowers are in the Chive ceramic flower box set?

The Chive ceramic flower box set contains three blooms per variant, and the species change with each name. Fleur holds a Green Flower, a Green Sea Polyp, and a Green Rose. Night pairs a Grey Rose with a Grey Goyet Azalea and a Blue Grey Succulent. Dawn, Dusk, Day, Blomma, Fiore, and Bloem each carry their own distinct trio — twenty-four individual flowers across all eight.

How many ceramic flowers come in one box set?

Each box set includes three ceramic flowers, one of each style listed for that variant name. Three pieces per box, eight variant options, twenty-four distinct blooms across the full range. Nora, who handles our shipping line, once packed all eight in a single afternoon and said the hardest part was not keeping a Dusk set for herself.

Which box set color is right for my kitchen?

The right box set color for a kitchen depends on what the walls and cabinets are already doing. Dawn brings champagne pink and canary yellow — warm enough for a neutral kitchen without competing with a backsplash. Fleur runs three shades of green, which sits well near herbs or a window. Night and Bloem lean cooler if the room already carries warm wood tones.

Can I choose the flower colors in my box set?

You cannot mix and match individual flowers within a box set — each variant name comes with its assigned trio. If the Fiore combination lands close but not exactly right, every bloom in the collection also sells individually, so building a custom trio is straightforward. Leonard, a repeat customer, bought a Dawn box and swapped the Canary Yellow Sarah Mum for a Grey Rose from Day. Nobody stopped him.

Is the ceramic flower box set easy to hang?

The ceramic flower box set is easy to hang. Each of the three blooms carries a recessed slot on its reverse, so a single fastener holds each flower flat against the surface. Three fasteners total for the full set, a level if you want the row straight, and roughly five minutes if you resist the urge to rearrange halfway through. No adhesive strips, no anchors, no second trip to the hardware store.

What is a good set of 3 wall art gift?

A good set of 3 wall art gift solves the problem the recipient did not want to solve themselves — choosing which pieces actually belong together. The Chive box set ships in a branded gift box, three blooms pre-matched by the studio, ready to hand over without wrapping paper or an apology for the packaging. Sylvia gave one as a retirement present and reported back that the recipient hung it before the cake was cut.

Does the box set make a good gift box for her?

The box set makes an excellent gift box for her. Three ceramic flowers arrive in branded packaging, already coordinated and ready to hang — no assembly, no guesswork about which colors pair well. Glazed ceramic lasts indefinitely and never wilts, which puts it ahead of the usual suspects in the gift aisle. Maureen received a Bloem set for a birthday and calls it the only present that required zero maintenance and zero thank-you guilt.

Are the box set ceramic flowers handmade or mass produced?

The box set ceramic flowers are shaped by hand at Chive Ceramics Studio, not mass produced. Each bloom is formed individually, glazed with reactive finishes that shift slightly between firings, and inspected before it goes into the box. The surface variation you see from piece to piece is the point — it confirms the work was done by a person, not a press.

Birth Flowers, the Gift That Actually Means Something

Skip the guessing game. A birth flower arrives already personal, tied to the month someone was born, so the thought is built in before you've even picked the ribbon.
