The vase I ordered was fine but it arrived chipped. I looked on the website and it said to email chive and they will let you know how to replace the item. I emailed the company at least three times and never received a response. On their website it says if you receive something that is damaged you must let them know within 48 hours. That’s great but they never responded back to me nor back up their product. So I received a chipped vase which I threw in the trash. My money was completely wasted and I will never order from chive again . The vase itself was not expensive but the shipping was double the price of the vase. I am very dissatisfied and I’m sorry I ever place the order.
