One day, we had an idea - we grabbed the best two pieces from each line and placed them together. We loved the vibe. And that’s why we call it 'minute', that's how long it took to produce the best line we've ever made.

Good Product, Bad Company

The plant pot itself is of good quality. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from this company again. I paid extra for expedited shipping, yet the product did not arrive anywhere on time. Instead of offering a refund for the shipping costs, the company shifted the blame to USPS. A simple refund (on shipping costs) would have gone a long way in terms of customer satisfaction, but their stubborn refusal to address the issue is disappointing. This poor customer service experience has ultimately led me to decide to not purchase from Chive in the future.

This pot is beautiful! And it was very well packaged and arrived with no damage. (The color is overall a little lighter than I thought it would be, but that's to be expected with variations in lighting/photography/screens).
